Our CEO Christian Baumert was guest at the ceremonial opening of the agency for economy and development at April 26th: CEO Christian gladly accepted the invitation of Dr. Corinna Franke-Wöller, CEO of the agency for economy and development, and thus was close to the action as a new interface between German development cooperation and economy was created with the opening. The ceremonial opening took place in the “Haus der Verbände” (Egl.: House of Organizations) together with Gerd Müller, Federal Minister of economic collaboration and development.
The agency of economy and development is a helpful facility for all companies which want to expand their involvement to developing and emerging countries. The agency functions as contact partner concerning all questions and support possibilities and promotes educational work especially for small and middle-class companies in the spheres of expertise exchange and contacting as well as financing options and funding programs. The agency is a facility of the BMZ (Federal Ministry for economic collaboration and development).
