Who we are

As a digital hub for directory brands, we connect people with SMEs, help with the digitalisation of public authorities and companies and try to bring our know-how and new technologies into our own projects and services.

As a Visual Designer, you’ll help us elevate how our brands look and feel — across product surfaces and marketing. You’ll create high-quality visual assets that strengthen brand recognition, improve communication, and bring our stories to life across 3+ brands.

Your mission

Together with the team, you’ll build and scale a consistent visual language across multiple brands, creating reusable assets, templates, and a strong visual system that works across channels.

What you’ll be doing

Ship work you’re proud of

  • Design visual assets across web and product marketing: graphics, illustrations, icons, key visuals, slide templates, and more
  • Translate brand guidelines into clean, consistent execution across multiple brands
  • Build template systems that speed up production (social, presentations, landing pages, ads)

Identify and drive enhancements

  • Audit existing visuals and improve consistency: typography, layout, iconography, imagery style, and quality standards
  • Partner with the design and marketing teams to ensure design and messaging work together seamlessly

Use the full range of visual design skills to discover, design and deliver

  • Collaborate with Product Designers to ensure visual quality in UI where needed (e.g. icons, illustrations, branded UI elements)
  • Create simple motion assets for product marketing and social

Own your impact

  • You’ll help shape a healthy creative culture and raise the bar for visual quality across the company

What you bring

Visual Design

  • Several years of experience as a Visual / Graphic Designer, ideally in a digital product or brand environment
  • Strong visual fundamentals: layout, typography, composition, and a polished aesthetic
  • Experience working with brand systems and maintaining consistency across multiple touchpoints
  • Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality, and to prioritize based on impact

Tools

  • Advanced skills in industry standard design tools, including Figma, Google Workspace, Notion and Adobe Creative Suite

Team

  • It’s ‘we’ not ‘me’: Our team of motivated and talented individuals is collectively empowered to build extraordinary thing with people from all types of competencies, from Engineers and Product Designers to Marketeers
  • Comfort sharing work early and often, receiving feedback and collaborating openly across functions
  • Fluent in English, German is a Plus: Although the industry requires fluent English, most of our teams and clients are based in Germany

What we offer

  • Inclusive and collaborative workplace culture: Enjoy the freedom to work independently in a setting with flat hierarchies and rapid decision making
  • Flexible work options: You have the autonomy to shape your work schedule, whether you're working remotely, from our office, or even on site with our partners
  • A valid work permit is required: If necessary, we will help you with the process of applying for a Blue Card during your employment
  • A motivated team: Collaborate with a driven group committed to developing innovative solutions for the skilled trades industry
  • Real creative input: Your ideas are not just welcome, they are actively evaluated and pipelined for development
  • Competitive compensation: Benefit from an attractive base salary paired with individualized bonuses tied to key performance indicators

What we’ll need

We’re committed to building an inclusive workplace where people feel respected, supported, and able to do their best work. We hire based on skills, experience, and potential regardless of background.

If this role excites you but you don’t meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply. Research suggests people from underrepresented groups in particular may be less likely to apply unless they meet every listed requirement.

We’d much rather hear from you and have a conversation, please send over

  • Cover letter and CV
  • A portfolio of well crafted, impactful work that solves real problems for real people
